Welcome to the My Club Coach tennis tournaments micro-site. Here you can get information about all of our upcoming events in Oxfordshire. You can also register and pay on-line for tournaments if you are a late entrant or the LTA site is not available.

Tournaments - NEWS
New for winter 2010/11: Grade 5 tournaments now have 50 points for the winners (used to be 30!), Mini's are allowed to play up one season before they move to their new age group. Linked Grade 5 tournaments provide winners (and sometimes runner-up) places in the indoor Winter County Grade 4 events.
After a busy summer of events, we have just loaded all of our winter (September 2010 to March 2011) tournaments onto the LTA website. We will be updating this site in the coming weeks. Please enter via the LTA website (then your name will appear on the website and we won't have to manually load your players name) If there are any problems and you need to complete application form on this site then click here.
Veterans Tennis Tournament at The Oxfordshire Health & Racquets Club, April 23rd to April 25th 2011: We are in the final stages of creating a brand new, LTA sanctioned Grade 4 event for Veteran tennis players in the region. The event will take place on Easter Saturday to Easter Monday in 2011 at Esporta Oxford, using 12 outdoor artifiicial grass courts, 4 hard courts and backed up by 4 indoor courts. About MyClubCoach Tournaments
Our aim is to provide tennis players in the Thames Valley region with quality competitive playing opportunities. Here are some of our newer initiatives based upon feedback from our customers:
Improved event scheduling and notification to minimise time spent at an event
On-line registration and payment for all events
Have results loaded onto the tournaments website within 24 hours and uploaded onto the LTA database within 3 working days
Try and provide more information to parents in advance of the events - check out our new Mini Scoring Guides
Run events not to clash with other tournaments
Create extra events where we know there are lots of players are interested in playing
All tournaments are run based upon LTA rules and regulations and are managed by an LTA accredited referee.
Results will be sent to the LTA electronically using Tennis Tournament Planner, within 48 hours of the end of the event.
Seeding policy - we will use the LTA seeding policy accurately for each event. For Mini events we will endeavour to create qualification stages for micro-reds and tournament novices, that may or may not feed into the main event. This will be based upon the information provided on the entrant sheet and a review of tournament history on the LTA website.
We will endeavour to have girls and boys playing in separate competitions in Oranges and Greens (reds where possible)
These tournaments all aim to offer a high standard of communication, on-line entry facility, high standard of equipment used, as well as providing good refreshments and facilities.
